Unit 25 Final evaluation

Final evaluation For our first task, we had to research studio food photographers in order to take some techniques and learn about studio food photography more. I researched three photographers called Marcus Nilsson, David Munns and Matt Armendariz. What I got from all of those photographers were that simplicity in your photos is the best way to go about it. The next task was primary research where we had to go out and take pictures of food. I chose to go to the Oastler market to take pictures of fruit and vegetables. For this next task, we had to research the two different lighting types which were high key and low key. When researching these lighting types I found that using high key would be a better choice when taking food photographs because it looks like a window like. Design brief  Business name: Otaku Cafe Due date for completion:20/03/17 Product/service/brand name: Otaku cafe Key objectives: (Attracting clients to buy our products) Marketing objectives and target audience: overall 22% of people who regularly visit coffee shops are ages 18-24. They are also 65% more likely to have an income of $100K+. Also a whopping 28% of coffee regulars tend to be single. Format: I will want my menu to be printed in A4 and my logo to be made into a A5 sticker.  Measures of success: I will ensure the design is appropriate for my audience by doing surveys along the local area.
