Unit 6 Finalising your ideas
Finalising your ideas
From my first film shoot in Spain the results where great although I wish I had been more decisive about my shots and brought more film to take more shots. From this shoot I selected three of the images to be part of my final images. Next was the York shoot which out of all the shoots didn't go so well although I would say that if I was to shoot it again I would go on a particular busier day.
The next shoot was black and white. I enjoyed this shoot because I like the way black and white film looks visually and how it can make the images look more dramatic. My last shoot was in Leeds and Bradford where I wanted to get as many shots of people and local buildings as possible.
Here is one of my final images I like the colour and exposure of the image and the shadows off the fence make the guy look like he's walking on spikes. The aperture and focus are great as everything is is in focus and the colour is really nice.
This next image is one of my favourites as it has a great aperture of 3.5 and focus on my subject. I would say the colour isn't as well saturated as i'd like it to be but overall this image has a great foreground and background. This next image has great colour. The images composition in my opinion is great as it captures everything. The only critique I have is that the top of the building has been cut off, So if I was to shoot it again I would composition it a little better.

This last image is my least favourite as it is blurry because I was moving when taking this picture, however I do like the subject but I should've gotten closer. I also think my exposure could've been better, but what I do like is the reflection in this image.
